Savannah-Chatham police are investigating Friday after a fisherman found human remains near a west Chatham County park.
The fisherman reported finding the remains about 11 a.m. near Kings Ferry Park off U.S. 17 on the Ogeechee River, said Julian Miller, police spokesman.
No additional information was immediately available.
Miller asked anyone with information to call CrimeStoppers at 912-234-2020 or text CRIMES (274637). Tipsters remain anonymous and may qualify for a cash reward.
