Police were in the process of clearing up a wreck late Tuesday evening on Victory Drive and Bull Street after a van bearing a Georgia Bulldogs tag and an SUV with “Go Gators” painted on its side collided.
No severe injuries were reported, said Savannah-Chatham police spokesman Julian Miller, but one person was taken to a hospital for observation.
Eastbound lanes of Victory were closed while police cleared the scene. Police, firefighters and EMS responded to the secene.
