Three people were displaced along with their guest Tuesday after a fire in Tatmeville, according to the Red Cross.
A house at 904 Sherman Ave. was damaged in the fire, said Esther Sheppard, spokeswoman for the Southeast Georgia chapter of the American Red Cross. One adult and two children who lived there were displaced, she said. A visitor was staying with the family.
Red Cross volunteers provided funds for temporary shelter and food for the four individuals and clothing and shoes for the three residents.
