Air Force Airman 1st Class Trevion-Marcel D. Johnson graduated from basic military training at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
Johnson is the son of Terry A. Upchurch of Columbus, Ga. and Odessa E. Upchurch of Pooler, Ga., brother of Deshundra Harris of Huntsville, Ala., nephew of Willie Freeman of Columbia, S.C., and cousin of Angela Short of Mckeesport, Pa.
He is a 2010 graduate of Liberty County High School, Hinesville, Ga.
