Savannah-Chatham police are diverting traffic in the northbound lanes of Whitebluff Road after a collision at its intersection with Hampstead Avenue.
Police ask drives to seek other routes if possible and use patience and caution in the area.
The department did not immediately say if there were injuries in the wreck.
